By using BidWin, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms — continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
BidWin is a business development tool for drafting proposals. You may only use it for legitimate business purposes. You must not use the service to create fraudulent proposals, plagiarise others' work, or violate any procurement regulations or RFP terms.
BidWin generates proposal drafts as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all proposal content before submission. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or legally problematic language — always have qualified personnel review final submissions. We are not liable for any bid outcomes, rejected proposals, or compliance failures.
Do not paste classified, government-restricted, or otherwise legally protected RFP content into the service if you are prohibited from sharing it with third-party processors. By pasting RFP content, you confirm you have the right to process it with AI tools.
You own the proposals you create. The BidWin application, brand, and technology belong to Orbyx. RFP documents remain the property of the issuing agency.
BidWin is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost contracts, failed bids, or any business damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
