We collect your email address when you create an account. When you create bids, we store RFP content you paste, AI-generated proposal text, agency names, contract values, deadlines, and bid status. We do not collect or store any financial account information.
Your RFP and bid data is used to generate proposal drafts via OpenAI's API and to track your bid pipeline. RFP text is sent to OpenAI for processing per their privacy policy. We do not use your bid data to train AI models, and we do not share it with competitors or third parties.
We understand bid content may be commercially sensitive. All data is stored with row-level security — only your account can access your bids. Employees do not access your data except as required to provide technical support or comply with legal obligations.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
You can delete individual bids from your pipeline at any time. To delete your account and all data, email privacy@orbyx.cc. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
